Chewing the grass
munching away
Eating crud
passing the day
As life goes by
by car, bus and train
The cows just munch
or sit in the rain
Oh sometimes to be
a cow that just eats
Moos and just sleeps
I wonder what it sees?

There is a herd of Belted Galloways near where I live as well. They always make me smile. Kids call them “Oreo cows.” Munch, munch.

Yeah, they’re quite mad in their way. They just do their thing and munch without a care in the world.
