Rainbow, rainbow
How high and far you spread
Your colours bright flow
Right by the garden shed
I dig by there for the pot of gold
By the rainbow’s end
But this dream been sold
By many who dig again and again
Leprechaun’s stolen it all away
Buried it elsewhere
Deep down below some say
These coins, nuggets to their lair
The explosion of light burns bright
But then suddenly fades
Far from human sight
As I dig for my dream, left a dirty spade

Thank you. I saw a double rainbow last week and it got me thinking about finding the end of one and the myth surrounding them. I love rainbows…
