Perfect Clarity

Why has it taken her so so long
To see what she’s done so very wrong?
Her life an endless stream of wrong turns
She feels it in her heart as it burns

But now she sees with perfect clarity
That brief instant when you can finally see
All the mistakes and the paths you should’ve taken
Now she doesn’t feel lost or forsaken

So she grasps this vision with her heart
She’ll be damned to let it from her part
Rare this is to come to us all
To her it’s like an angels call

So with a new outlook she has her belief
That all will be well much to her relief
No more worries now she has seen
The past and the future and where she’s been
