End of an Era

End of an era for them today
A place they worked has gone away
A reunion planned but few turn up
Most can’t be bothered to share the love

But still fun will be had
As time to move on, so very sad
For never again will this ever be
As everyone moves on with lives to be

They’ll all have memories bad and good
Like any workplace always should
But happy memories they will all have
For good friends were made, of this they’re glad

So goodbye old friend, we served each other well
You have given us many stories to tell
Goodbye old friend we have no cross to bare
New keys will unlock you, A phoenix risen there
