When you’re a baby
people fawn over you
When you’re a few years older
you become hard to handle
When you’re in your teens
you become difficult to understand
When you’re older you’re
expected to be a superhero
But when you’re old
you become a burden to all around you
No one wants to know
No one cares
You are left alone with
your thoughts and tears…
