I shed tears for an animal killed
I shed tears for its life stilled
I shed tears for the hunter that laughs
I shed tears for his cold empty heart
I shed tears for the chimpanzee that screams
I shed tears for the family unseen
I shed tears for their home destroyed
I shed tears for those that cannot now hide
I shed tears for the whale harpooned
I shed tears for the many that will be soon
I shed tears for man’s cruelty and greed
I shed tears for his immaterial need
I shed tears for the seal cub clubbed
I shed tears as the snow runs red with blood
I shed tears as it cries in fear
I shed tears as no-one hears
I shed tears for the wolf hunted with hate
I shed tears for the realisation way too late
I shed tears as the wolf is destroyed
I shed tears as its life is with toyed
I shed tears for human life too
I shed tears for the likes of me and you
I shed tears for those treated wrong
I shed tears for those sadly gone
I shed tears none for the evil and cruel
I shed nothing for these nasty sad fools

I'm a thinker, listener, a "question's pretty much everything" type of person. A seeker of knowledge, always restless, yet seeks the calm in life.
I love writing in all forms and am in the process of completing a number of ongoing projects. I love the craft of writing and the possibilities it holds. A magic carpet through the mind. I love pretty much all creative arts, music, film and theatre the leading ones.
Born in Hertfordshire in England, my family Irish, Welsh and English, I currently reside in Edinburgh, in Scotland. I'm drawn to coastal and mountain regions where I like to go to think and draw inspiration from. Ireland is a place that's dear to me, and I try to get back to see family and friends as much as possible.
My interests are wide and broad, too many to mention here, but history, archaeology, criminology, music and film are just some of those things I love.
I hope you enjoy my ramblings on here as that's what they are really. I'll let my fingers do the ''talking...''
