She goes to bed with illusions of her future
Upbeat she is and confident too
But in the back of her mind there is a rupture
Cold feet has she in what she wants to do?
For too long she’s had her dreams
But let down recently by a few
Her future is hers it seems
Again there’s those that have blighted her view
So she sleeps and dreams of possibilities
Of all she has so wanted
She needs rid of the intricacies
That leave her life so haunted
Three options rule her head
One does rule her heart
One does leave her soul dead
The last gives her a start
So she sleeps on and dreams away
Dreams in which she fights
Against all the daemons of the day
To soar to brand new heights
When she wakes she feels fresh
Alert and happy too
Determined to not make a mess
Her life will be no longer blue

Born in Hertfordshire in England, my family Irish, Welsh and English, I currently reside in Edinburgh, in Scotland. I'm drawn to coastal and mountain regions where I like to go to think and draw inspiration from. Ireland is a place that's dear to me, and I try to get back to see family and friends as much as possible.
My interests are wide and broad, too many to mention here, but history, archaeology, criminology, music and film are just some of those things I love.
